Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

 

to join the team asap serving our biggest client.

If your heart beats for B2B sales and you prefer to rack your brains over your customers‘ happiness, we would like to get to know you. No matter where you come from or where you live, the main thing is that you like working with people and traveling. An electro-technical background is an advantage.

Your day with us

  • Support of the globally distributed locations of the assigned existing key accounts as well as independent identification of business opportunities
  • Seeking proximity to the customer’s stakeholders, establishing and maintaining contact
  • Coordinate inquiries and, in cooperation with the internal sales department, prepare offers as well as leading the communication with the customer
  • Negotiate price, delivery and quality issues as well as contracts with the customer
  • Monitor market and competition, including technical developments
  • Preparation and maintenance of the Key Account Manager plan
  • Monitoring of turnover, deliveries and delivery quality
  • Active participation in the design of (sales) strategies

 

Your qualifications

  • Technical university degree or comparable education
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as key account manager for a major global customer
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally on business trips
  • A high degree of initiative, result orientation and negotiation skills are your hallmarks
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Business fluent German and English mandatory
